Roberto Moni Ovadia and went back to work for a new play written and directed by four hands, inspired by Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice, which fits in the wake of that musical theater in which Moni Ovadia has always focused its search for expression, combining the experience of actor and muscista. On stage in the role of Shylock, an interpreter Exception: Shel Shapiro. Through the story of the Merchant of Venice, the two protagonists will give way to reflections on anti-Semitism and the history, the money and the theater, on the very concept of art, with suggestions ranging from Jewish culture to pop. All this thanks to a varied repertoire of songs performed by Moni Ovadia Stage Orchestra, which includes, among others, Who Wants to Live Forever? Queen and Money by Pink Floyd.
