The earthquake is not a tragedy, is the man that makes it so. The film retraces precisely the events that have contributed to the budget so tragic earthquake of 6 April in Abruzzo, documenting recent cases and responsibility of those who made a bad remote to save on material and techniques, who had to check but did not has done and administrators who have encouraged the speculation at the expense of public safety.
